The AT Trainer’s Handbook is designed for all AT service providers who train others. It contains research‐based information about planning, completing and evaluating training. It applies to one‐on-one training as well as workshops. Critical issues about adult learners and learning style are incorporated into specific planning strategies. It also includes ideas for advertising your workshops, arranging the room, providing opportunities for reflection and follow‐up. Included in the handbook are a number real life examples, specific reflection activities, and forms to use in planning and evaluating workshop training.
